We check your files for GST (if applicable) to ensure all items that can be claimed will be claimed, reconcile the General Ledger accounts to ensure that everything balances and that all lodgements are completed on time.

We can do as much or as little as you need, ie, working with the records entered by these staff members or we can do it for you. We use current technology/software to ensure accuracy and reduce the many hours of data entry that some businesses are still undertaking.
We are Pro-Advisors/Partners for Intuit QBO, Xero and MYOB. There are various “Add-ons” that enable your source documents to be uploaded into these software platforms which saves time, filing and allows all stakeholders to have access to these source documents as needed. You will have access to your files and we can train you on how to navigate the software.
Only authorised users will have access to your information. We use best practice Two Factor Identification along with passwords to protect your files. We prefer to use online storage such as Dropbox to share documents rather than emails for added security.
After our initial Onboarding process, which is billed at an hourly rate, we offer monthly or quarterly fixed pricing which we tailor to suit your requirements.
